SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins on May 15, 2026 at 10:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on July 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET ("Sweepstakes Period"). Eastern Time is the official time for this Sweepstakes. Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.

 

ELIGIBILITY

This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older (19 years of age or older if a resident of Alabama or Nebraska; 21 years of age or older if a resident of Mississippi) at the time of entry. Participants must have a valid Instagram account in good standing. This Sweepstakes is intended for coaches, team managers, and adult representatives of flag football teams and flag football players or participants. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS NOT OPEN TO PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 18, AND PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 13 MAY NOT ENTER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, CONSISTENT WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE CHILDREN'S ONLINE PRIVACY PROTECTION ACT ("COPPA") AND INSTAGRAM'S TERMS OF USE. Entrants who tag individuals on Instagram are solely responsible for ensuring they do not tag any person under the age of 18 in connection with the Sweepstakes Post. Employees, officers, and directors of Massflag, LLC, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) or persons living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win. HOW TO ENTER

During the Sweepstakes Period, to enter, eligible adults must:

(1) follow @UnrivaledFlag on Instagram;
(2) "like" the official Sweepstakes post published on the @UnrivaledFlag Instagram account on or about May 15, 2026 (the "Sweepstakes Post"); and

(3) tag your team's official Instagram account or tag an adult Instagram account(s) belonging to parents, guardians, coaches, or other individuals affiliated with your team in a single comment on the Sweepstakes Post. Players may not be tagged under any circumstances. No purchase, registration, or payment of any kind is required to enter or win.

Each eligible Instagram account may submit only one (1) entry. Submitting multiple comments in an attempt to gain additional entries will result in disqualification. All entries must comply with Instagram's Terms of Use. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or otherwise not in conformance with these Rules will be void. Automated or robotic entries are prohibited and will be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries. By entering, each entrant represents and warrants that (a) they are an adult coach, team manager, or adult team representative (age 18 or older); (b) no person under the age of 18 has been tagged in any comment submitted as part of this Sweepstakes; and (c) any account tagged is your team’s official Instagram account or belongs to a parent, guardian, coach, or other individual affiliated with your team who is 18 years of age or older.

 

ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF ENTRY (AMOE)

No purchase, registration, or social media account is necessary to enter or win. To enter without using Instagram, hand-print your full legal name, complete mailing address, date of birth, and email address on a 3" x 5" card and mail it in an envelope with proper postage to: UNRIVALED FLAG WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS GIVEAWAY – AMOE, Massflag, LLC, 880 Long Dr, Aberdeen, MD 21001. Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the Sweepstakes Period (May 15, 2026 through July 31, 2026) and received by August 7, 2026. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person, per outer envelope. Mechanically reproduced entries are not eligible. All mail-in entries will be entered into the same random drawing as Instagram entries and have an equal chance of winning. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or illegible mail-in entries.

 

PRIZE

One (1) winner will receive the following prize package: (i) one (1) complimentary team registration for the Unrivaled Flag World Championships powered by Under Armour, to be held at Walt Disney World Resort (Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $995.00 and (ii) a featured spotlight across Sponsor's official social media and promotional channels (no independent cash value). Total ARV of prize package: $995.00. If the winner has already completed registration and paid for the Unrivaled Flag World Championships prior to being selected, Sponsor will, at its sole discretion, provide a credit or refund of the registration fee paid in lieu of a complimentary new registration. Travel, lodging, meals, transportation, and all other expenses not explicitly described above are not included in the prize and are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No cash substitution except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason. All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize, and all other costs associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner may be required to complete IRS Form 1099 or other applicable tax documentation as required by law. Sponsor makes no representation or warranty concerning the appearance, safety, or performance of any prize awarded. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prize items.

 

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

On or about August 1, 2026, one (1) potential winner will be selected from all eligible entries in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor or its designee. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The potential winner will be notified via Instagram direct message ("DM") from the @UnrivaledFlagaccount within five (5) business days of the drawing date. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within five (5) business days of the first notification attempt, fails to respond within five (5) business days of notification, or is determined to be ineligible, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected. Receipt of prize is conditioned upon compliance with these Official Rules and verification of eligibility. Winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability, and, where permitted by law, a publicity release (collectively, "Prize Claim Documents"), within ten (10) business days of notification. Failure to return the Prize Claim Documents within the required timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize.

 

PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the prize, the winner grants Massflag, LLC (d/b/a Unrivaled Flag) and its designees permission to use his/her/their name, city and state of residence, Instagram handle, photograph, voice, and other likeness and prize information for advertising, trade, and promotional purposes without further compensation, in any and all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide and in perpetuity, without notice, review, or approval.

 

PRIVACY AND DATA USE

Personal information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Sweepstakes, verifying eligibility, and contacting and fulfilling the prize to the winner. Personal information will not be shared with third-party vendors or prize partners except to the minimum extent strictly necessary to fulfill the prize and administer the promotion. This Sweepstakes is not directed at children under the age of 13 and complies with all applicable laws relating to the collection of personal information, including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA"), the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA"), and applicable Federal Trade Commission ("FTC") rules. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries. By entering, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Massflag, LLC (d/b/a Unrivaled Flag), its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, "Released Parties") from any and all liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize. Released Parties are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information caused by other entrants, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. GOVERNING LAW

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants or Sponsor in connection with this Sweepstakes, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles. If any provision of these Rules is deemed unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be severable and deemed null and void, and the remainder of these Rules shall remain in full force and effect.
